Current availability

We deliver within Japan and to the United States. US delivery is available only for the eligible adult outerwear shown in our US storefront; POLA and other products are excluded.

Japan shipping

Standard delivery within Japan is JPY 870 including tax. Orders with a merchandise total of JPY 7,700 or more qualify for free shipping.

POLA

POLA products ship from Japan, normally within one week of ordering. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit times depend on the destination, weather and transport conditions. POLA is not available for US delivery.

Apparel delivered to Japan

Delivery normally takes 7–12 business days after order confirmation, including sourcing, inspection and international transport. Weekends, holidays, busy periods, weather, customs and supplier or carrier issues can cause delays. Apparel may ship through overseas partners or inspection facilities.

US adult outerwear

Eligible adult outerwear ships from Shanghai, China, normally via FedEx. Processing takes 3–5 business days after ordering. After dispatch, allow at least two weeks in transit, in addition to processing time. This is our planning guidance, not a FedEx guaranteed service commitment or a promise of arrival within two weeks. Customs clearance, weather and carrier delays may extend this period.

Standard shipping is JPY 5,900 equivalent for eligible orders below JPY 30,000 equivalent. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of JPY 30,000 equivalent or more after discounts. The applicable amount and currency conversion are shown at checkout. Free shipping does not include import duties or customs clearance charges.

US import duties and customs charges

Import duties and customs clearance fees are payable by the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges. The carrier or customs authority may request payment before delivery. These charges vary and are not a fixed percentage promised by this store. Any applicable checkout taxes will be displayed separately. Please consider these additional costs before ordering.

Tracking and split shipments

We email tracking details after dispatch. Products may arrive separately because sourcing schedules and shipping origins differ.

Other costs and unavailable items

Customer-payable costs will be disclosed before order confirmation. We will not add undisclosed store charges after ordering. If an item cannot be sourced, we will promptly contact you and refund the affected item.

Address issues and refused deliveries

If redelivery is needed because of an incorrect address, prolonged absence or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for the actual redelivery costs. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.
