Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

Except for defective products, we do not accept returns. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after order confirmation for customer-preference reasons, including choosing the wrong size, differences from your expectations of color or appearance, or ordering errors. Please check the description, size, color and delivery information before ordering.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs showing the whole item and the affected area.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an exchange, refund or another reasonable resolution at our expense. If an exchange is unavailable, we will refund the price of the affected item.

Requests we generally cannot accept

• Requests received more than seven days after delivery
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, soiled or exposed to odors
• Items returned without contacting us first
• Requests based solely on disclosed individual variations or minor differences that do not affect wear

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
